Breakfast
Whole Wheat Toast with Avocado Slices and Fried Egg
This is a simple breakfast; but then again, simplicity is best when it comes to healthy eating.
I toasted a piece of whole wheat bread, topped it with avocado slices, fried egg, a pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper, and enjoyed every bite.
It was the perfect breakfast for a busy morning.
Snack

These are delicious. With earthy grains, healthy nuts and sweets like dark chocolate and toasted coconut, KIND bars are pleasurable and satisfying. In tightly-packaged bars, they're awesome snacks on-the-go. You can enjoy them at the playground, during work, on flights...basically, anywhere.
By the way, my kids like them too--and we all like that.
