Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt (we love Fage brand Greek yogurt)
 - 1 banana, chopped into pieces
 - 1 cup of peach slices (either frozen or room temperature)
 - 1 pitted Medjool date, cut into small pieces
 - 1 cup of organic non-GMO whole milk
 - 1/4 cup of ice
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
 - Blend til' smooth.
 - Enjoy!
